Terms of Use – DreamAngle Apps

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all mobile applications developed and published by DreamAngle Apps (“we”, “our”, “us”). 3. User Content & Responsibility

Some DreamAngle Apps may allow you to upload, edit, or transform photos, videos, or other user-generated content.

By using these features, you confirm that:

  • You are the copyright holder or you have full rights and permissions to use the images, videos, or materials you upload.

  • You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, copyrighted without permission, or violates privacy rights.

  • You assume all responsibility for the content you create within the app.

We have no liability for your uploaded content or how you choose to use it.

4. Disclaimer

Our apps and all materials are provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind.

We disclaim:

  • All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Any warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any information.

  • Any warranty that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or results of using any features of the app.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall DreamAngle Apps or its suppliers be liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Inability to use the app

  • Any consequential or incidental damages

This applies even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
